What do you do when stress starts to kill your libido? /u/GimmeYourPickles Sex

I consider myself to have a high/medium libido (depending on my cycle). On a good day, I think and daydream about sex at least 10 times throughout the day (the flashbacks, you know).

For the past 6 months, I’ve been miserable. I don’t think about sex as much as I used to and don’t have the energy to engage in sexy times. Only early in the morning, but as the day goes by I get stressed, pissed, angry, and tired. Sex is the last thing I want to think about.

I don’t know how to stop this cycle. I thought it was just a phase, but 6 months (maybe more) has passed and I am so stressed still … I want my libido back.

Any tips on how to manage stress in a healthy way so my libido isn’t affected?
