M 23 here. One of my health goal is to maximise my sexual function to the limit, so that I’ll be at my peak when I finally perform coitus with a girl for the first time. To be more specific on what I mean by this:
Very high libido – I want to have a very high sex drive High sperm count Shooting loads – right now, it just dribbles out but when I was younger I remember it used to shoot out. Rock solid erections.
Things which I can think of to reach my goal are:
Abstaining from masturbation – I usually do it 2/3 times a day, so hopefully this makes a big difference. Losing weight, I’m quite obese.
What other things can I do to reach my goal? E.g., should I focus on trying to increase testosterone, weight lifting, eating specific foods, etc?
