Sudden ED and I don’t know what to do. /u/throwaway11142105 Sex

I don’t really know what I’m hoping to get out of this post but maybe some of you have overcome this and can share your experience.

I (29M) have had a great sex life with my partner (31F) for 10 years. Never had any issues whatsoever, I’m usually the one with the higher libido. Now as if somebody flipped a switch, the last 3 times we’ve gone for it I’ve started with an erection but gone soft either during foreplay or during PiV and been unable to get it back.

I think it’s psychological as I’m in decent shape with no health issues, but I’ve been dealing with some confidence issues and anxiety lately. By the same token though I’ve always had those issues to some degree and it’s never affected my sexual performance. I’ve always been the kind of guy who’s ready to go at the drop of a hat.

Do I need to see a sex therapist? This is really killing me, I was hoping my junk would at least work until I’m 40 :/
